TowUnited provides towing and roadside assistance dispatch across Metro Atlanta, including emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, roadside assistance (jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery), heavy-duty towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, and junk car removal. Availability of a specific service at a specific time and location is not guaranteed and depends on driver and equipment availability.
Requesting Service
When you request service through this website or by phone, you confirm that the information you provide — your location, vehicle details, and contact information — is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate information may delay dispatch or affect the price quoted to you.
Pricing & Payment
Quotes provided by phone, online form, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. We confirm a price with you before dispatching a truck whenever possible; the final price may change if the situation on-site differs materially from what was described (for example, vehicle condition, exact distance, or additional services requested). Accepted payment methods are confirmed with you before your driver arrives.
Cancellations
You may cancel a service request at any time before a driver arrives by calling our dispatch line. If a driver has already been dispatched or has arrived at your location, a dispatch or trip fee may still apply.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or duplicate service requests;
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose or to harass our staff or drivers;
- Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of this website (for example, through automated scraping or attempted unauthorized access).
